Matt serves as President of One80 Intermediaries which was formally launched in December of 2019. In this role, he continues to advance the mission and vision of One80 to meet the demands of a changing market.
Ed serves as One80’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading the integration of new acquisitions, One80’s market-leading information technology platforms and the process optimization strategies.
Joy currently serves as Chief Underwriting Officer for One80 Intermediaries. Joy is responsible for all aspects of business operations, strategic planning, and procedural oversight at One80.
Lenika serves One80 as the Chief Marketing Officer, and has been responsible for articulating the company’s strategic vision, mission statement and value – and ultimately crafting the One80 Intermediaries brand and narrative.
Rachel serves as One80’s Human Resource Business Partner and in this role she will guide and execute initiatives that align with One80’s organizational objectives, philosophy, and culture.
Eileen serves as the Head of Claims for One80 Intermediaries. In this role, Eileen is responsible for overseeing One80’s end-to-end claims process.
Barbara serves as Director of Integration for One80 Intermediaries. Here, Barbara partners with the senior leadership team and various operating entities to enable new acquisitions effectively transition into the One80 franchise.
Meghan serves as Head of Business Development for One80 Intermediaries. Here, Meghan is responsible for developing new and existing retail broker relationships throughout the United States and Canada.
Ashish Patel, CPA, serves as Director of Finance for One80 Intermediaries is responsible for One80’s long-term financial health and continued growth.
Nick serves as National Stop Loss Practice Leader for One80 Intermediaries. With over 24 years’ experience leading an MGU, Nick leads One80’s Medical Stop Loss growth strategy at a national level focusing on market leading services.
Shawn serves as One80’s Lender Placed Insurance and Insurance Monitoring Practice Leader. In this role, he is responsible for leading a division that specializes in mitigating risk on lenders’ collateralized vehicle and mortgage portfolios.
Kevin is responsible for the growth and development of One80’s Travel/Accident & Health Practice. In this role Kevin oversees insurance and reinsurance managing general underwriting and third-party administration services.
Jeff now sits on the leadership team as the Canada Markets Practice Leader, with One80’s first transaction in Canada. In this role he is responsible for growing new and existing insurance programs, developing carrier and broker relationships throughout Canada
Patrick serves as the Cannabis and Hemp Practice Leader for One80 Intermediaries and is a pioneer in the cannabis insurance industry. Patrick’s expertise keeps him busy and well sought after to speak at insurance and cannabis events.
Dave is One80’s Public Entity Practice Leader. In this role, Dave is responsible for the innovation, development, implementation and servicing of all Public Entity related products and services.
Stuart serves as One80’s Captive and Alternative Risk Practice Leader, where he helps clients improve their risk profile, control losses, and manage claims, and develop long-term strategies for alternative funding that addresses the unique risks of each business.
Eric serves as One80’s Life Insurance Practice Leader. He specializes in Impaired Risk Underwriting for tough to place medical risks as well as offering a full portfolio of brokerage products and the most competitively priced insurance products in the market.
Bryan serves as One80’s Warranty & Product Protection Practice Leader, where he is responsible for the national growth strategy, product innovation and operations related to this Practice area.
Matt is One80’s Marine Practice Leader where he is responsible for Recreational Marine, Inland Marine and Ocean Marine offerings.
Cheryl is One80’s Self Funded and Alternative Risks Practice Leader, where she oversees its specialized programs, program management services for pools and reinsurance placements.
Dan serves as the Managing Director, Executive Benefits for One80 Intermediaries. In this role, he works with public and private institutions to provide employee and executive benefit programs. Dan specializes in executive disability and long term care programs.
Jonathan Legge is the Financial Lines Practice Leader at One80 Intermediaries. In this role, Jonathan leads strategy, growth, and partnerships across all financial lines solutions, and supports One80’s retail trading partners in protecting insureds from exposures associated with mergers and acquisitions.
Andrew Dressel is Casualty Team Leader for One80 Intermediaries. In this role he is responsible for broker and carrier relations, as well as leading a team of brokers focused on the casualty space throughout the United States.
Martin Burlingame is the Binding Authority Practice Leader for One80 Intermediaries where he leads a team that places property, liability, package and management liability across 30+ carriers in the binding authority marketplace.
Chris serves as Director of Programs for One80 Intermediaries. In this role, he is responsible for One80’s in-house binding authority.
Eric is One80’s Asian American Distribution Practice Leader where he is responsible for providing customized insurance solutions and services to the Asian American brokerage community throughout the United States.
Rick Grimes, National Wholesale Practice Leader, leads One80’s wholesale distribution strategy for key lines of business such as property, casualty, financial lines, excess, life sciences and environmental coverages. One80’s wholesale brokerage services provide best in class access to carriers throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
Gary serves as One80’s Affinity and Administrative Services Industry Practice Leader, leading the team in offering professional liability and personal lines insurance, as well as specialty insurance programs for associations and unions.
Jason serves as One80’s Transportation Industry Practice Leader. With over 15 years of retail management experience in the automotive sector, he is responsible for the growth and development of all transportation offerings across the One80 franchise.
Brad serves as One80’s Property Industry Practice Leader. As an industry veteran with highly recognized relationships throughout the industry, Brad is able to provide the most comprehensive Property coverage to clients.
Andy serves as One80’s Workers’ Compensation Industry Practice Leader where he is responsible for the development, delivery, and growth of our One80’s Workers’ Compensation offerings.
Illana serves as One80’s Life Sciences Practice Leader. She is responsible for broker and carrier relations focused on the Life Sciences sector throughout the United States.
