As we close out 2023, I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your incredible efforts and contributions throughout the year. When One80 Intermediaries was formally launched in January 2020, we had a set of goals that weighed heavily in our decision making. We envisioned One80 Intermediaries as an organization built on specialization. The company that we set out to build would value diversity and creativity, and one that would be guided, always, by ethical decision making. We believed that we could set itself apart from others in the market by becoming a destination workplace where our employees were our number priority.

The last four years have brought many challenges. The global pandemic, geopolitical unrest, economic uncertainty, and natural catastrophes have affected millions of people around the world. Despite those challenges, our team has remained resilient and focused. We have completed more than 50 acquisitions during this period, while delivering strong and consistent organic growth.

I am a firm believer in the notion that the contributions that each of our team members make, regardless of their role or their title, matter greatly. It takes a village to accomplish the many things we, as an organization, have been able to achieve in these four years, and I truly believe that our best years lie ahead.

Year end can be an incredibly busy time for all of us as we finalize year end renewals and work toward closing the year out strong. It is also a time for each of us to take stock and to appreciate our families, our friends and our fellow team members. I am thankful to each and every one of you, and my commitment for 2024 is to work as hard as possible in order to make One80 an organization that each of you will be proud to be a part of.
