Our hard to place homeowners solutions cover; primary, secondary, builders risk, or rental properties including short term rentals, vacant properties, CAT prone and coastal locations, multifamily homes, commercial property liability and umbrella, standalone collectables, standalone wind and X-wind, primary and excess flood.

We have recently had notable success with collections which include fine arts, purses, guns, wine and other alcohol related products. Multifamily units, and flood coverage for pre- FIRM buildings, 0 elevated post-FIRM properties, and positively elevated buildings where BI is a lender requirement. Finally, we are able to write builder’s risk coverage – including liability – that is difficult to place in the standard market.
