Client Services Manager
Kristen Bacon has over 15 years of client-customer service experience in the insurance industry. Prior to becoming the Client Services Manager at Cannasure, her roles included Client Services Team Lead and Account Manager. She also spent time with Todd Associates Inc., as an Account Manager. Along with earning a Bachelors degree from the University of Dayton.
At Cannasure, Kristen overseas a team of Account Managers and support staff, all working towards maintaining the best customer service and support for our Cannabis and Hemp clients. Kristen is responsible for cultivating professional relationships with our Agents and Agencies and assisting with the navigation of the ever changing Cannabis and Hemp Insurance world. She creates, supports and maintains cross-departmental communication both internally and externally while promoting a growth orientated atmosphere for her staff. She is a talented, personable and a well respected member of the Cannasure Team.
