Joe Foley

Joe Foley has over 20 years of experience as an advisor and principal in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategy and operations.

Joe serves as Director of Business of Cannasure.  His responsibilities include oversight of corporate financial operations, strategic M&A and IT initiatives, forecasting and investor relations.

Prior to joining Cannasure, Joe was a partner at Falcon and previous co-founder of Greencastle.  His career spans time in New York with Merrill Lynch before eventually returning to Cleveland as an investment banker at National City Bank (now PNC) and later joining the Cleveland Clinic as Director of Business Development where he played a central role in the development of their emerging global initiatives.  Additionally, Joe’s expertise spans key industry segments including insurance, healthcare, and renewable and clean energy.

Joe graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Outside of work, Joe spends his time traveling and relaxing with his wife and two children.  Joe is an avid skier and mountain biker, enjoys his time on the ice playing hockey and loves to cook.
