The available coverages we have to offer for this program are:
- Contractor’s pollution coverage on an occurrence basis. (Can also be offered on a claims-made basis)
- Occurrence pollution coverage for liability resulting from first- and third-party transportation
- Blanket time element Bodily Injury and Property Damage pollution coverage for owned, occupied, managed, leased, or rented locations as well as non-owned locations
- Pollution coverage for Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Clean-up is available for covered locations and non-owned locations on a claims-made basis
- Emergency response expense coverage with no sub limits
- Separate limit of $250,000 for crisis management expense
- First dollar defense costs outside the limit for occurrence coverages
- Blanket additional insureds where required by contract for contractor’s pollution
- Blanket waiver of subrogation where required by contract for contractor’s pollution
- Can be written as a practice policy or as project specific coverage including contractor controlled and owner-controlled programs
