Liability coverage may be limited to non-trucking use when the autos are not rented, nor used for business purposes to carry property or to haul someone’s trailers. One80 is pleased to offer Non-Trucking Liability Coverage, designed to address the non-trucking insurance needs of Independent Service Providers (ISP) and Independent Contractors (IC) while off dispatch, or true Non-Trucking Liability (NTL) coverage that have placed their coverage outside of the IEPM Preferred Logistics Program.

The motor carrier must have commercial auto in place and their insurance carrier rating must be A- or better.  NTL limits cannot exceed the primary auto liability insurance in place on the scheduled vehicles.
