- 2 year CDL minimum required for all drivers
- Cross boarder exposure excluded
- 5-Boroughs exposure excluded
- All size operations considered (single unit owner operators and fleets)
- A- Rated Carrier / Non-Admitted paper
The available coverages we have to offer for this program are:
- Auto Liability with up to $1M limits
- Physical Damage coverage
- Workers’ Compensation
In order to submit your business with us, please be aware of the following submission requirements:
- Last 4 quarters of IFTA’s (if applicable)
- Loss runs for 3 + current year (4 years) valued within the last 90 days (if applicable)
- Motor Vehicle Reports for all drivers valued within the last 90 days (Minimum 2 full yrs experience required)
- One80 Transportation Supplemental or acceptable alternative with essentially the same information (will need completed & signed One80 Supp. to bind coverage)
- If in business for any amount of time less than 3yrs total, completed New Venture profile in addition to the Supp.
- If New Venture, experience of the owner for the past 2 years in a relevant industry (this should be outlined within the New Venture profile)
- Improvement plans where required due to CAB scores
- Prior Premiums and historical unit count for current and prior 3 years (if applicable)
- Acord applications signed (to bind)
