One80, a Boston-based specialty insurance broker, has launched GeneBridge, a reinsurance product designed to mitigate the financial impact of high-cost gene therapy claims. GeneBridge reimburses for FDA-approved gene therapies, addressing the rising costs of treatments averaging over $2.5 million each. The program is managed through One80’s medical stop loss practice.
