Edward Lopes serves as Chief Operating Officer of One80 Intermediaries. In this role, Mr. Lopes leads the integration of new acquisitions, One80’s market-leading information technology platforms and process optimization strategy.
With over 35 years in the insurance industry, Mr. Lopes most recently served as Regional Executive for the east region at Zurich North America. Prior to joining Zurich, Mr. Lopes was Regional President for American International Group (AIG) in the northeast region.
Mr. Lopes is actively engaged in several charitable efforts in the greater New York area including Make-A-Wish of Metro New York and Western New York, Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and St. Jude’s Northeast.
Mr. Lopes earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
