Eileen Garrity │ Head of Claims

Eileen Garrity serves as the Head of Claims for One80 Intermediaries. In this role, Eileen is responsible for overseeing One80’s end-to-end claims process.  She works closely with our insurers, clients, and internal teams to navigate and resolve claims efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, Eileen monitors claims trends, analyzes data, and implements strategies to minimize claims exposure and loss ratios.

Eileen joined One80 from Arch Insurance Group Inc. where she served as Vice President specializing in complex casualty claims for the past five years.  Prior to this, Eileen served as Senior Technical Claims Adjuster with Aspen Insurance, and Complex Claims Director with Lexington Insurance Company.  Eileen earned her JD from New England Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College-Hartford.
